The purpose of this research is to find out the application of the principles of transparency and accountability in financial management and how to convey information to Stakeholders at YPI Sabilul Khoirot. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive data in the form of written or oral words of the observed object. The research was conducted at YPI Sabilul Khoirot with informants, management and several external informants such as student guardians, donors, and regional officials. While the techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. From the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that the application of the principle of transparency in financial management at YPI Sabilul Khoirot has been running quite well, namely with the involvement of foundation administrators, teachers, employees and students in planning, implementing, and evaluating the budget. This shows openness in the financial management process according to the portion of each internal stakeholder. in terms of the principle of transparency is the notification of monthly evaluations at the unit treasurer meeting and the delivery of information to each unit at the end of the year work meeting. The involvement of external stakeholders can be seen from the existence of bureaucratic relations with the regional apparatus, reports of accountability of BOS funds to related agencies, and reports of endowment funds to donors.
